Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the brand leader and store manager in leading and motivating the stylist team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee day-to-day shop floor operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent in-store customer experiences.
• Provide leadership and support for first-line customer enquiries via online systems, including emails, chats, and calls.
• Manage team KPIs and SLAs in partnership with specialist customer experience leaders.
• Drive commercial success by ensuring product is showcased according to guidelines and best-selling items are prominently displayed.
• Handle people management tasks, including rotas, floor plans, and performance or attendance reviews.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team to meet sales targets.
• A deep passion for fashion and a strong commitment to being a brand ambassador.
• High level of digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and processes.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work with pace in a busy retail environment.
• Resilience and tenacity to succeed in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day store operations independently.
