Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the brand leader and store manager in leading and motivating the stylist team
• Deliver exceptional in-store and online customer experiences across multiple channels
• Oversee first-line customer queries including emails, chats, and calls via the online service system
• Manage team KPIs and SLAs in partnership with specialist customer experience leaders
• Drive commercial success by ensuring product is showcased according to brand guidelines
• Manage day-to-day store operations, including team deployment and floor planning
• Handle people matters such as performance management, attendance reviews, and return to work interviews

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire a team
• A genuine passion for fashion and being an ambassador for the brand
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• High level of commercial awareness and business acumen
• Resilience and tenacity to meet challenging targets and deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with pace
