Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating the stylist team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including team deployment, floor plans, and rotas.
• Provide leadership and support for first-line customer queries via online systems, including email, chat, and calls.
• Drive commercial success by ensuring product is showcased according to guidelines and best-selling items are prominently displayed.
• Manage people matters such as performance reviews, attendance management, and return-to-work interviews.
• Work in partnership with customer experience leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online support.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team to meet sales targets.
• A genuine passion for fashion and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
• Strong digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and processes.
• High level of commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Resilience and tenacity to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with pace.
