Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the brand leader and store manager in motivating the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and manage team deployment to ensure seamless service
• Lead and coach the stylist team to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service
• Manage first-line customer enquiries via online systems, including emails, chats, and calls
• Drive commercial success by ensuring product is showcased according to brand guidelines and best-sellers are prominently displayed
• Handle people management tasks including rotas, floor plans, and performance/attendance reviews

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• A strong passion for fashion and the ability to act as a brand ambassador
• High level of digital literacy and comfort learning new systems and processes
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
• Ability to work with pace and resilience in a busy retail environment
