Floor Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the brand leader and store manager in motivating the team to deliver an exceptional brand experience
• Lead and coach the stylist team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including team deployment and floor management
• Manage first-line customer enquiries via online systems, including emails, chats, and calls
• Drive commercial success by ensuring product is showcased effectively and best-sellers are prominently displayed
• Handle people matters such as performance management, attendance reviews, and return-to-work interviews
• Create and implement floor plans and staff rotas to ensure operational success

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and inspire a team
• A genuine passion for fashion and the AllSaints brand
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive KPIs
• Digital literacy and a natural affinity for learning new systems and processes
• Resilience and tenacity to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
