About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting shop floor structure
  • Deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations
  • Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing policies
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Manage cash handling, register reconciliation, and nightly deposits
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory best practices
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
  • Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
  • Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
  • Ability to solve customer service issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models
  • Experience analyzing sales metrics
  • Background in skincare or cosmetics
  • Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
