Floor Leader

Responsibilities

• Create unique customer experiences through active listening and product expertise
• Coach, mentor, and develop the team to provide personalized service
• Maintain an inviting shop atmosphere with fresh products and beautiful displays
• Support the leadership team with store opening, closing, and cash management
• Lead by example by maintaining high standards and following best practices

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience with cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability to work flexible hours based on shop needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
