Responsibilities

• Ensure a unique customer experience through active listening and expert product knowledge
• Coach, mentor, and develop the team to offer tailored service
• Maintain an inviting shop atmosphere with fresh product and beautiful displays
• Support the leadership team in opening and closing the store
• Manage cash handling and follow-up on team expectations

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet shop needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
