Floor Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting shop floor structure
• Deliver world-class customer experience through product demonstrations
• Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge
• Manage cash handling, register reconciliation, and store opening/closing
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and inventory standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience involving coaching and training
• Experience in fast-paced team environments
• Knowledge of skincare and natural beauty
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Experience analyzing sales metrics
• Background in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
