Responsibilities

• Create unique customer experiences and mentor the team to provide personalized service
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and contribute to a solution-oriented environment
• Maintain shop atmosphere through fresh product displays and efficient operational processes
• Support store opening and closing procedures and manage cash handling

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Experience with cash handling and store opening/closing
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Availability to work flexible hours based on shop needs

• Experience in customer service

• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
