About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting shop floor structure
- Deliver world-class customer experience through product demonstrations
- Educate customers on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing policies
- Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Manage cash handling, register reconciliation, and nightly deposits
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory best practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Ability to solve customer service issues in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with consultation-based customer service models
- Experience analyzing sales metrics
- Background in skincare or cosmetics
- Experience in cross-cultural collaboration or DEIB training
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
