About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to ensure the service model comes to life in-store
- Zone, prioritize, and delegate tasks for team members based on business needs
- Set goals and provide in-the-moment coaching and motivation to drive sales floor results
- Perform hourly reads and update the team on current business goals and results
- Make timely decisions that balance team goals with a customer-focused environment
- Celebrate successes and share recognition within the team
- Share business results and anecdotal feedback with the leadership team
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry at least 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to move regularly around all areas of the store
