Floor Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure the service model comes to life in-store
• Zone, prioritize, and delegate tasks for team members based on business needs
• Set goals and provide in-the-moment coaching and motivation to drive sales floor results
• Perform hourly reads and update the team on current business goals and results
• Make timely decisions that balance team goals with a customer-focused environment
• Celebrate successes and share recognition within the team

Requirements

• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of hiring, leading, and developing effective store teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry at least 40 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move regularly around all areas of the store
