Floor Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold exceptional customer service standards and Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive store performance and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including OPH, NPS, and SPH
• Manage inventory through monthly cycle counts and maintain back-of-house organizational integrity
• Oversee order fulfillment for in-store sales, phone sales, and BOPIS
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and brand presentation
• Support team development through onboarding, coaching, and regular performance assessments
• Mitigate product loss and escalate operational risks or roadblocks

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to challenges
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
