Floor Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold exceptional customer service standards and Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Drive store success by maximizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including OPH, NPS, and SPH
• Oversee daily operations including inventory counts, order fulfillment, and back-of-house organization
• Maintain brand standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and display integrity
• Support people management through onboarding, performance assessment, and fostering a positive work environment
• Mitigate product loss and escalate operational risks or roadblocks

Requirements

• Experience in a high volume retail environment
• Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
