Floor Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of services provided by your team to satisfy luxury clientele
• Ensure high-quality cleaning of guest rooms and common areas
• Maintain the overall upkeep and presentation of your assigned floor
• Manage budgets regarding both quantitative and qualitative standards
• Follow Group operating procedures and respect all hygiene and safety rules

Requirements

• Hospitality training or relevant professional background
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping management role
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• High level of rigor, discretion, and team spirit
