Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of services provided by your team to satisfy luxury clientele
• Ensure high-quality cleaning of rooms and common areas
• Maintain the proper upkeep of rooms and common areas on your floor
• Respect budgets, both quantitatively and qualitatively
• Follow Group instructions, operating procedures, and hygiene/safety rules

Requirements

• Hospitality training
• Similar previous experience in a similar role
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service
• Organizational and management skills
• Rigor, discretion, and team spirit
