Floor Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with clients with confidentiality and discretion
• Guarantee the quality and upkeep of rooms in compliance with internal procedures and client requirements
• Verify the maintenance of rooms, corridors, and common areas
• Lead and manage floor and linen staff
• Manage or supervise stock of linen, cleaning products, and guest amenities

Requirements

• Hospitality training
• Previous similar experience in a housekeeping management role
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Rigor, discretion, and team spirit
