Floor Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the quality of services provided by the team to satisfy luxury clientele
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and common areas within the assigned perimeter
• Supervise and manage the work of chambermaids and valets
• Check and manage equipment for chambermaids/valets
• Handle telephone calls, transmit messages, and respond to client requests
• Prepare daily forecasts and manage stocks and lost property
• Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations

• Successful experience in a similar position
• Strong sense of responsibility and customer service
