Floor Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist members in skill development including footwork, ball handling, passing, rebounding, and shooting
• Provide guidance on facility equipment settings based on member skill levels
• Conduct member skill development classes and assist with basketball camps
• Handle front-line customer service including phone inquiries and scheduling
• Perform point of sale transactions for memberships, apparel, and training
• Sell memberships and bundles through facility tours and evaluations
• Maintain facility cleanliness and overall maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Strong understanding of basketball training principles and technique
• Ability to lift weights, squat, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Availability for up to 28 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of coaching experience
• CPR/AED certification
