Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas and guest rooms to high cleanliness standards
• Assist with specific guest requests in rooms
• Maintain a discreet and professional relationship with guests
• Ensure customer satisfaction meets Barrière and LQA standards
• Manage and care for assigned cleaning equipment and materials

Requirements

• Physical ability to handle heavy linens and move furniture
• High attention to detail for cleanliness
• Discretion and professional conduct in guest areas
• Patience and calm demeanor with demanding clients
• Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in high-end hospitality is a significant advantage
