Floor Attendant

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of common areas and guest rooms
• Assist with specific guest requests in rooms
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction (LQA standards)
• Manage and care for cleaning equipment and supplies
• Provide discrete and professional service to guests

Requirements

• Ability to work rotating shifts (day and night)
• Physical stamina for lifting and moving furniture/linens
• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Discretion and professional conduct
• Adaptability to high-pressure environments and demanding guests
• Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus)
• Previous experience in high-end hospitality is a plus
