Responsibilities

• Set up guest equipment in rooms (extra beds, baby equipment, pet welcome kits)
• Clean windows in rooms, balconies, and terraces
• Clean common areas including vacuuming corridors, window cleaning, and dusting
• Perform carpet shampooing and general cleaning of rooms and common areas
• Change light bulbs as needed
• Collect dirty linen from rooms and transport it to the laundry area
• Empty housekeeping carts
• Deliver supplies from the pantry to the floors
• Report any technical issues in rooms or offices to the Housekeeping Managers

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Diligence and excellent presentation
• Ability to maintain appropriate attitude and language for a 5-star establishment
