Floor Assistant

Responsibilities

• Supply carts with clean linen, guest amenities, and cleaning products
• Transport clean and dirty linen between floors, service areas, and laundry
• Install extra beds, baby cribs, or other equipment upon request
• Move or reorganize furniture according to operational needs or guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and storage zones
• Report any anomalies, damage, or maintenance needs to the housekeeper or technical service
• Respond quickly to requests from housekeeping or reception
• Participate in lost and found management according to internal procedures

Requirements

• Knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety rules in hospitality
• Ability to handle linen, furniture, and equipment following luxury standards
• Discretion, sense of service, and impeccable presentation
• Rigor, organization, and speed of execution
• Attention to detail and observation skills
• Team spirit and fluid communication
• Physical stamina and ability to work autonomously
• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in high-end establishments
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
