Floating Technician, Curing

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust cold end equipment including curing ovens, cooling zones, and binder systems
• Perform routine cleaning, basic preventative maintenance, and first-line troubleshooting for mechanical and technical issues
• Ensure products meet quality specifications through process adjustments and documentation
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions, taking corrective action or escalating to the Production Supervisor
• Follow all safety and environmental requirements to identify and escalate potential hazards
• Provide general support by training operators and filling in for other positions as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of continuous flow manufacturing or industrial experience
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Ability to work safely in high-heat environments and around high-temperature machinery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in the aggregate, steel, or metal refining industries
