Floating Leasing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Travel to support multiple Hillpointe communities as assigned
• Provide leasing coverage during team transitions, lease-ups, or peak leasing periods
• Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours
• Highlight community features, amenities, and benefits tailored to prospects
• Gather prospective resident information and proactively follow up via phone, text, and email
• Maintain cleanliness of community tour paths, amenities, and units

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently to multiple properties
• Flexibility to relocate temporarily or permanently based on operational needs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical ability to walk stairs and tour indoor/outdoor areas for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales
