Floating Leasing Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to achieve occupancy and rent growth goals
• Manage rapport with prospects to generate interest in the community
• Complete lease paperwork and handle all associated leasing duties
• Respond to telephone, internet, and in-person inquiries
• Qualify prospects by collecting personal data and initiating background checks
• Tour properties and show apartment homes to guests and prospects
• Perform light bookkeeping, including calculating rents and preparing delinquency letters
• Maintain property cleanliness by inspecting common areas and vacant units
• Follow up with prospects via phone and written notes

Requirements

• Multi-family property management experience preferred
• Willingness to travel within the Houston, Texas area
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

• Social media marketing experience
