Floating Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple communities throughout the San Antonio area to provide support during transitions, acquisitions, or distressed situations
• Serve as interim Community Manager for properties in transition until permanent leadership is established
• Lead the onboarding and operational integration for new property acquisitions
• Conduct on-site visits to assess physical conditions, operations, and compliance with company standards
• Stabilize underperforming assets by implementing operational solutions and training onsite team members
• Partner with regional leadership to resolve challenges and drive performance results
• Maintain detailed documentation regarding property status, improvement plans, and progress milestones

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry
• Proven success in stabilizing and turning around underperforming assets
• Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation for extensive regional travel
• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities across various sites
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking properties in various weather conditions and lifting up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software
