Floating Bank Manager

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service and meet sales and service excellence goals.
• Develop and execute branch business plans to maximize growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
• Conduct sales calls, establish referral networks, and perform business development activities to achieve objectives.
• Resolve complex customer issues and provide strategic advice on products and financial objectives.
• Monitor sales and service performance against plans to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Bank policies, including risk management frameworks.
• Support the implementation of new programs, products, and regional sales initiatives within assigned branches.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and competitive marketplace trends.
• Working knowledge of branch operational processes, technologies, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and influence skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across various branch locations within the Southeast Denver Metro market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with consumer loan origination and familiarity with Regulation Z and the S.A.F.E. Act.
