About the role
Responsibilities
- Guide, direct, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service and meet sales and service excellence goals.
- Develop and execute branch business plans to maximize growth, customer retention, and acquisition.
- Conduct sales calls, establish referral networks, and perform business development activities to achieve objectives.
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide strategic advice on products and financial objectives.
- Monitor sales and service performance against plans to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Bank policies, including risk management frameworks.
- Support the implementation of new programs, products, and regional sales initiatives within assigned branches.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products, services, and competitive marketplace trends.
- Working knowledge of branch operational processes, technologies, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and influence skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across various branch locations within the Southeast Denver Metro market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Experience with consumer loan origination and familiarity with Regulation Z and the S.A.F.E. Act.
