About the role
Responsibilities
- Increase sales by converting opportunities to rentals and upselling
- Manage facility cleanliness including bathrooms, hallways, and lobby
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
- Handle cash, reporting, and daily deposits
- Maintain company standards and adhere to policies
- Travel between multiple store locations
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- Ability to walk, sit, or stand for extended periods
- Ability to operate POS and typical office machines
- Ability to travel between multiple locations
