Float Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities
• Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage risk
• Perform general office management duties to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency for deposit functions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel between branch locations
• Financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products
• Previous sales or banking experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
