Float Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately and efficiently within the branch.
• Foster collaborative partnerships to deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities by asking insightful questions to understand customer needs.
• Educate customers on bank capabilities, tools, and resources.
• Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to manage operational and legal risks.
• Perform general office management duties and complete required training by established deadlines.
• Float between nearby branch locations as needed to support various teams.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to other branch locations.
• Strong financial literacy.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales-focused role.
