About the role
Responsibilities
- Activate non-transacting agents and train them on new FlightSite Agent products
- Track sales performance and communicate with agents to resolve issues or poor performance
- Obtain market feedback and trends to report to the Operations Leader
- Analyze and recommend sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Assist agents with offline bookings, re-issues, and payment options
- Apply airline rules for international and domestic carriers to avoid ADMs and errors
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leisure travel consulting experience
- 2-5 years of GDS knowledge in Amadeus
- Strong geography, destination, and product knowledge
- Proven sales experience
- Proficient with MS Office or G-Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism or a related qualification
