About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure systems meet rigorous performance specifications.
- Conduct data collection activities, including the review and analysis of data elements, and provide detailed results reporting.
- Trace and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems using failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action methods.
- Create and modify critical documentation, including Test Plans and Procedures, Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Coordinate multiple team member schedules to meet critical program needs.
- Travel up to 20% as required for testing and mission support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics).
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in Hardware Systems Integration and Platform Integration/Flight Test.
- Strong understanding of Verification and Validation (V&V) methods and requirement evaluation.
- Experience with troubleshooting and failure analysis processes.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in RF integration of hardware systems, including digital signal processing and advanced waveforms.
- Knowledge of RF spectral and temporal effects such as clutter, multipath, and self-interference.
- Experience with telemetry data analysis tools and missile system host platforms.
- Background in test systems design and collaborating across electrical, mechanical, and software engineering disciplines.
- Experience presenting technical data to stakeholders and customers during design reviews.
