Flight Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical studies on various ATA aircraft systems.
• Create and modify operational documentation for pilots, including FCOM, AFM, FCTM, MMEL/CDL, and QRH.
• Define normal and abnormal flight crew procedures in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare supporting dossiers for Airworthiness Authorities (EASA, FAA) to justify manual changes.
• Study MMEL dispatch conditions and deviations to maximize operator flexibility.
• Assess safety events and technical issues to propose flight crew recommendations.
• Support operators by answering technical queries regarding flight operations.
• Participate in on-call standby to provide operational assistance and approved MMEL deviations.

Requirements

• 5-year degree in aeronautics or an equivalent field.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of aircraft systems.
• English language proficiency at a negotiation level.
• Ability to work in changing environments under time pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of airline operations or practical aviation/flight operation experience.
• Knowledge of MMEL study, justification, or related processes.
