Flight Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, flight clearance, maps, logistics, and maintenance requirements for ground and flight testing and demonstration activities.
• Gather, maintain, and report operations performance data to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Maintain pilot and technician training records for quality assurance and monitoring purposes.
• Coordinate and monitor the status of operational equipment, such as Ground Control Systems, to ensure maximum availability.
• Assist in operations staff allocation planning and the compilation of operations plans.
• Coordinate the loading of operating area maps to assist Senior Operations Officers and Pilots in Command.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Technical College or UAE AF Air college graduate.
• Civilian or military manned/unmanned aviation Flight Crew license (fixed or rotary wing).
• Valid Radio Communication license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Air Force or aviation-related experience in manned or unmanned flight crew roles.
