Flight Operations Agent L2

Responsibilities

• Manage escalated flight servicing requests from L1 Support
• Execute manual booking modifications including schedule changes and name corrections
• Work within GDS and airline platforms to manage and update bookings
• Assess servicing requests to determine internal intervention vs. airline redirection
• Evaluate operational and commercial risk before executing changes
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve processes
• Maintain high accuracy and quality across all servicing activities

Requirements

• Experience in flight operations, airline servicing, ticketing, or post-booking support
• Hands-on experience with a major GDS platform (Sabre, Travelport, Amadeus, Galileo, or Worldspan)
• Strong understanding of airline booking and servicing processes
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
• Willingness to work shifts as operational requirements evolve

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in OTAs, TMCs, airlines, or travel technology companies
• Experience with customer support platforms like Zendesk
• Familiarity with API-driven travel environments
• Experience supporting high-volume B2B or B2B2C travel operations
