Flight Operations Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to flight crews before and during operations.
• Prepare required flight documentation for crews.
• Monitor crew sign-on times and notify crew control of any delays or incidents.
• Comply with company procedures regarding the delivery of dispatch information to crew members.
• Enter crew departure times and fuel data into Smarthan as provided by flight crews.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of previous experience in aeronautical or airport operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Full availability for rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night), including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
