Flight Line Group Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide critical production support to field operations for the 787 Boeing South Carolina Delivery Center
• Improve production efficiency, safety, and product quality optimization
• Manage Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, including supervising, reviewing, and coordinating hazardous energy work
• Coordinate with Leads and Managers on production build execution and critical paths
• Perform pre-shift planning, crew meetings, and team status updates
• Manage end-of-shift activities and abnormal circumstance responses
• Inventory LOTO kits and ensure all equipment is used and tracked correctly
• Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement and Lean/BPS implementation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with live aircraft field operations, aircraft systems, or LOTO
• 3+ years of experience within aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience in advising and influencing others to meet schedules and safety requirements
• 3+ years of experience with systematic problem solving
• Ability to work variable shifts and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years of experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment
• Formal or informal team leadership experience
