Flight Line A400M Production Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage build processes and performance tracker adherence on the A400M flight line
• Guide foremen in balancing resources according to production shift needs
• Ensure smooth information transmission between shifts to maintain work continuity
• Unblock production issues to ensure the daily plan is accomplished
• Lead daily industrial meetings and act as the aircraft planning responsible
• Serve as the station focal point for quality, production control, and engineering functions
• Coordinate short-term planning, including people, tools, and jobcard readiness
• Monitor relevant KPIs, identify industrial risks, and implement corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline)
• At least 5 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing or engineering
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Technical knowledge of A400M architecture and manufacturing IT tools (SAP, SIPLA, TLB, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and high adaptability to changing environments
