Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality flight training to military and civilian students
  • Ensure safety and compliance with Transport Canada and FAA regulations
  • Organize ground and flight training sessions
  • Create and execute personalized lesson plans
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance with constructive feedback
  • Perform pre- and post-flight aircraft inspections
  • Maintain accurate student records and flight logs
  • Coordinate with flight school staff for resource planning

Requirements

  • 3,000+ total flight hours
  • 1,000+ minimum mountain flying hours
  • Type qualifications on Bell 407, AS350 – H125, or EC120
  • Sling load competency
  • Ability to work night shifts (NVG training)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Basic office software skills (Word, Excel, PDF, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Instructional experience (classroom and in-cockpit)
  • Experience in team-oriented environments
