Flight Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Perform daily standard Front Office Flight Dispatcher tasks within a 2-shift rotation and weekend on-call schedule
• Coordinate with Air Traffic Control (ATC) for serial production flights and update flight planning
• Create briefing documents for test pilots and establish briefing documents for crew members
• Manage aircraft dispatch after delivery, including creating loadsheet data and routes upon customer request
• Monitor weather and NOTAMs, file ATC flight plans, and request overflight and landing permits
• Calculate RTOLW (Regulatory TakeOff and Landing Weight) charts
• Execute Emergency Response Plan actions in the event of an incident
• Coordinate ferry flights with the ferry flight manager and monitor off-block time estimates

Requirements

• Valid Dispatcher diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of airline experience, specifically within an Operational Control Center (OCC)
• Fluency in both English and German
• Ability to obtain security clearance from recognized authorities
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure environments
• Customer-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
