About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate flight course registration and alignment in partnership with Scheduling and the Office of the Registrar
- Maintain, audit, and manage student flight training records to ensure compliance with FAA Part 141 regulations
- Verify accuracy of course completion records, flight training data, and student identity documentation
- Prepare and validate documentation for FAA Form 8710 applications and airman certificates
- Serve as an FAA testing proctor and support preparation for internal and external audits
- Provide front-line support to students, instructors, and staff regarding registration and certification requirements
- Conduct one-on-one student support sessions related to FAA application completion and progression
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet applications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in student support, advisory, data analytics, or admissions roles
