Flight Data and Certification Analyst

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and maintain student flight records to ensure compliance with FAA FAR Part 141, 142, and 61 requirements.
• Verify student legal names and course completion documents to produce FAA 8710 applications, temporary certificates, and graduation certificates.
• Organize course completion materials for Chief Flight Instructors, Airman Certification Representatives, and Training Course Evaluators.
• Provide daily customer service to flight instructors, staff, and students.
• Utilize imaging systems, workflow tools, ACRA, IACRA, and ETA flight systems to record and disseminate information.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with students and instructors for the completion of FAA applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of detail and customer service.
