Flight Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trip coordination, including flight scheduling, crew management, and ground logistics
• Manage international requirements such as customs, immigration, visas, and overflight permits
• Prepare detailed trip itineraries, passenger manifests, and ground transportation arrangements
• Coordinate airport services, including fuel, catering, and landing slot reservations
• Monitor scheduling cost containment measures and negotiate rates with outside vendors
• Maintain flight department records, including flight logs, tax reports, and vendor databases
• Support aviation department administration, including expense reporting and budget assistance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in international flight operations
• Knowledge of Part 91 or Part 135 regulations
• Experience managing customs, immigration, and overflight permits
• Ability to handle highly confidential and private flight information

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in business or aviation
