Flight Controls Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify flight controls systems through modeling and simulation
• Analyze system design changes and modifications to ensure design maturity
• Support the integration of models on various simulation platforms
• Collaborate with system designers and testing teams during V&V campaigns across multiple aircraft programs
• Respond to technical queries from customers, airlines, and other design offices regarding system observations
• Attend technical meetings with diverse stakeholders
• Develop specialized tools to support design, analysis, and verification processes

Requirements

• B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Control Engineering
• Knowledge of Control systems, Estimation and Control, and Flight Guidance and Control
• Proficiency in tools such as Matlab, Simulink, or Scade
• Basic aerospace domain knowledge
• Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing project needs
