Flight Control Administrator

Responsibilities

• Provide global flight editing control, including seating management and revenue optimization, to ensure efficient hub operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert in departure control, providing 24/7 support to the hub and global stations.
• Coordinate with the NOC, Guest Control, and Airport Operations departments to manage day-to-day operations and disruptions.
• Execute flight editing and update departure control systems to ensure accuracy and on-time departures.
• Manage guest upgrades and seating maps to maximize ancillary revenue while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Coordinate with load control and dispatch to maximize payload and manage non-commercial traveler capacity.
• Minimize negative impacts during aircraft changes by coordinating with stakeholders to manage downgrades or denied boarding.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Experience within aviation operations or an airport hub environment is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency as a departure control system user.
• Strong knowledge of airline reservations.
• High School certification or equivalent.
