About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage effective, polite, and timely communication with high-level VIP clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Coordinate catering arrangements, ensuring high quality, dietary compliance, and punctual delivery.
- Monitor flight details and maintain accurate client account information.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Marketing departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Understand and manage aviation operational requirements, including flight schedules, regulations, and ground operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of aviation operations and limitations.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to constant changes or last-minute updates.
- Must be a resident of Mexico.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the private aviation industry.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
