Flight Attendant

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of safety, service excellence, and operational readiness aboard Gilead's Corporate Jet Fleet.
• Deliver a seamless travel experience for employees, executive leadership, board members, and guests.
• Manage cabin operations, including aircraft readiness, stocking, linen, and service inventories.
• Oversee menu development, catering coordination, and procurement of aircraft supplies and amenities.
• Maintain detailed passenger preference profiles and ensure thorough aircraft handovers between trips.
• Partner with pilots, operations, maintenance, FBOs, and international handlers to ensure efficient flight operations.
• Maintain strict discretion and privacy regarding all passengers and company business.

Requirements

• Experience operating on Gulfstream aircraft (G500, G650, G800).
• Current Flight Safety or FACTS training.
• Valid Passport with unrestricted international travel capabilities.
• Ability to lift and transport catering, luggage, and cabin supplies.
• High School diploma with 5 years of experience, OR Associate degree with 4 years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, OR a Master's degree.
• Strong knowledge of executive-level service standards and exceptional attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary and/or professional service training.
