Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up printing machines for production (setup)
• Operate flexographic and/or rotogravure presses, ensuring stable and safe operation
• Monitor print quality and react to deviations from standards
• Operate ink dispensers and handle plate/cliché mounting
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor machine adjustments
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuity and timely order fulfillment

Requirements

• Technical secondary or higher education (mechanics, electrical, automation preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience with flexographic or rotogravure machines
• Experience in the food packaging industry is an advantage
• Practical knowledge of printing processes, ink dispensers, and plate mounting
• Ability to read and understand production orders
• Basic mathematical skills for printing processes
• SEP electrical qualifications
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate
• Moderate proficiency in English (spoken and written)
